“Bears like Tag should live in their natural habitat in an accredited reserve, not be abused, and used as a money-making machine after being torn from their mothers,” says Debbie Metzler, deputy director of law enforcement at the PETA Foundation. “PETA is urging the authorities to investigate this incident and toss the book to anyone guilty of using Tag and putting people in danger.”
