Hartford, Connecticut. – As Connecticut plans to reopen and reopen people’s lives after the quarantine, PETA is launching a new ad campaign targeting animal guards returning to the office. The new video, available here, is told from the point of view of the dogs who want to know: “What are your plans for me? »The video is broadcast on NBC 30.

“When you start spending more time outside the house, it will be a big change for me,” says one dog. “Even the cat is nervous!” The video takes viewers to PETA.org/BackToWork, where they can find helpful tips such as planning long walks before and after work, how to keep companion animals entertained and stimulated when they are alone at home, and find a trusted friend. to allow the dogs to walk and rest at least noon. PETA also provides advice for guardian cats, including information on how to identify stress-related behaviors.

“Our companion animals enjoyed company during their isolation, so they are bound to feel confused, abandoned and alone when people leave home,” says PETA Senior Vice President Daphne Nachminovich. “PETA’s PSA can help make the transition smoother for them because no one has to spend their lives in limbo simply because they are walking on four legs instead of two.”

PETA, whose motto is in part that “animals are not in our hands to be abused in any way,” is opposed to arrogance, a worldview focused on human superiority. For more information please visit PETA.org or subscribe to the group on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram…
